A Cargo vault holds one real-world asset as receipted, pledged inventory and issues one class of vault shares against it, with its own lots and its own NAV. Any asset that passes the eight collateral tests can get a vault. The first programme, Cargo Vault One, opens with the Genesis Vault: West African Grade 1 cocoa, issued as cvCOCOA.
